This is a 1BHK flat owned by a frequently travelling NRI. It was a "turn-key" project and the brief given to us was simple..."transform the interiors of the living area so that I can proudly host guests during my short visits and do a makover of my bedroom so that it feels warm and plush during my stays but do not overdo things as I'm here only for a few days in a year!" Washroom, kitchen, tile flooring, and adding false ceiling were out of our scope. We were given a budget cap with a margin of error...we did not breach the budget. We're proud to say that when we delivered the flat, the owner was extremely happy especially because we took care of every small detail so that during his short stays, our client could get the experience of an upscale hotel suite.
