Residential - 1 kanal kothi (FF), Sector-10, Panchkula
Project was to make the 1st floor of a 1 kanal kothi without using RCC/Concrete. It turn-key project that started as a 1 bedroom and an attached bathroom project but after looking at the pace, the client quickly expanded it to a complete 2BHK with walk-in wardrobes, attached toilets, Puja room, drawing room with bar, servant room and a concealed/hidden music room. The entire floor is constructed on MS structure and the roof is finished with shingles. A lot of the aspects were 'on-the-go' especially the external, MS staircase. Project was successfully completed with a visibly happy and excited client!
